Sprouting Wings
How true, what Kazantzakis told: "Man's wings won't sprout until he reaches the brink of an abyss!"
"Everything can be taken from a man but ...the last of the human freedoms - to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.A man who becomes conscious of the responsibility he bears toward a human being who affectionately waits for him, or to an unfinished work, will never be able to throw away his life. He knows the "why" for his existence, and will be able to bear almost any 'how'! " Frankl, Viktor E., Man's Search for Meaning

Dear Hawk, you see to have a distinctive way of looking at life.I find your expressions simple and original and this is one of the few blog pages i have come across where in one does not make any deleberate attempt to appear sophisticated. Your simplicity is your authenticity.
